PAYMENT POLICY:

A valid credit or debit card is required to book an event or party. A $100 deposit is to be paid to secure a hold on your date/time. The remaining balance will need to be paid in full 24 hours before the date of the scheduled event or party. By paying this deposit you agree to the following terms and conditions:

CANCELLATION / REFUND / RESCHEDULE POLICY: 

Non-Weather Cancellation Policy

• 7+ days before the event: Full refund for cancellations.

• 7 days to 48 hours before the event: Refund less a $50 cancellation fee.

• Less than 48 hours before the event: Refund less the $100 deposit.

Date/Time Changes

• Requests to change the event date and/or time made more than 7 days before the event may be changed one time, free of charge, subject to availability.

• Requests made within 7 days of the event may be accommodated, subject to availability. A $50–$100 cancellation/change fee may apply at our discretion.

Please note: If your requested new date or time is unavailable, this does not automatically waive the applicable cancellation fee.​

WEATHER-RELATED CANCELLATION / RESCHEDULE:

Severe weather (in advance):

If severe weather threatens your party and you are aware in advance (pending or anticipated snow storm, tropical storm or hurricane, etc) please contact us to reschedule your party. Accommodations for new date/time will be considered based on availability at no charge. New date must be within three (3) months of the original event date and can be changed only once. Cancellations of new date is subject to cancelation policy. A full refund is also an option in this scenario.

Severe weather (Day-of): In the event of severe or unsafe weather conditions—including lightning, high winds, ice, flooding, or heavy or prolonged rain—Home Front Mobile Laser Tag reserves the right to cancel or offer to reschedule the event. The client may also initiate a cancellation request. Accommodations for new date/time will be considered based on availability at no charge. New date must be within three (3) months of the original event date and can be changed only once. Cancellations of new date is subject to cancelation policy. A full refund is also an option if cancelation is made as a result of weather events as long as the event has not started.

Severe weather (DURING booking): 

Light rain or sprinkles do not necessarily require cancellation. At the discretion of our Game Coach, gameplay may continue, be temporarily paused, and/or resume once conditions are safe and suitable for play. If game play has already begun when adverse weather starts and it is determined we CANNOT continue with your party for the safety of players, staff or equipment, we will prorate your refund to the nearest 15 minutes. (Example: Party cancelled BY HOME FRONT due to poor weather conditions after 39 minutes of game play will be charged for 45 minutes of game play and refunded for the remaining 45 minutes we could not play through.)​​​

TRAVEL SURCHARGE:

A Travel/Fuel surcharge is applied for locations in excess of 15 miles from the zip code of 27526 (Fuquay Varina, NC) Travel surcharges are added to final invoice and due 24 hrs before event. Rates start at $50 but are dependent on location. Please ask about the surcharge before booking if applicable and/or see our Service Area page for more information.​​

NUMBER OF PLAYERS:

Packages are booked as a set of 14 taggers. Each round played will have a MAXIMUM players count of 14 (7v7). If your event has more than 14 attendees, additional players WILL have to rotate and take turns. Home Front Game Coach/staff will handle the rotation of players in the event of more than 14 guests.

ADULT SUPERVISION & PLAYER CONDUCT:

Home Front Mobile Laser Tag requires that at least one parent or responsible adult to be on-site during the event. The designated adult must be readily available to assist Home Front staff if a need arise.

 

Laser tag equipment may be used by guests ages 7 and older. Participation by children under age 7 is at the sole discretion of the Game Coach.

Players are expected to follow staff instructions and use all equipment appropriately. If a player’s actions or behavior create a risk of damage to the equipment, and the player continues the behavior after repeated requests from staff to stop, Home Front Mobile Laser Tag reserves the right to remove the player from play.

Any player removed from the game due to behavior will be the responsibility of the on-site parent or responsible adult, who must supervise the player for the remainder of the event.

ALCOHOL/DRUGS:

Due to the nature of Laser Tag game play, involving running around obstacles and other players, we reserve the right to limit game play to those not under the influence of alcohol or drugs. We may (and reserve the right to) refuse, cancel or cut short any party or booking when alcohol is being served. Drugs of any sort will not be tolerated during any Home Front Mobile Laser Tag event. Any observed use of illegal narcotics or legal narcotics used in an illegal manner will result in the termination of the party immediately.

DAMAGE/INJURY:

Neither Home Front Mobile Laser Tag nor any of its employees shall be responsible for any damage to property resulting from a request by the client to position our equipment in a specific location. This includes both above ground and below ground property/equipment damage. Additionally, Home Front Laser Tag reserves the right to charge the client’s credit card for damages to the trailer or equipment resulting from the careless or willful damage of same by clients/guests. Neither Home Front Mobile Laser Tag nor its employees assume any responsibility for any injuries sustained on the clients property or their designated location. All liability for damages or injuries is the sole responsibility of the client and/or host.

EVENT LOCATION/VENUE:

• The client is responsible for providing the event location as is responsible for all location fees and permits or fines. Location must be made available to Home Front Mobile Laser Tag for at least 45 minutes before the scheduled event and at least 45 minutes after the scheduled event ends according to the set-up and tear-down requirements set forth by the package purchased.

• The client is responsible for informing Home Front Mobile Laser Tag of any required certificates of insurance no less than 72 hours of event day.

• Home Front reserves the right to alter the package upon arrived based on our ability to setup and/or stake secure obstacles to the ground or our need to protect from damage due to rough terrain.

LIABILITY WAIVERS:

Each Individual participant (or authorized guardian, if minor) must read and sign the release of liability prior to participating in any laser tag event. The release of liability will be provided at the event in paper and/or digital form for signature. In the event a players parent/guardian does not sign waiver prior to game play, the designated adult for the event may sign on the players behalf.​

PICTURES:

While your party is in effect the Game Coach & Crew may be taking pictures of the game play. We use these party photos/videos for our web site and Social Media pages (Facebook, etc.). We never identify players’ names or exact locations. If you do not want our Game Coach taking these pictures or posting them on the Fan Page please notify the Game Coach prior to the party.
